Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Denisa is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Palmer, based in our Luxembourg office. She is responsible for shaping the Group’s global people strategy in close partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team. Denisa oversees talent, leadership, culture and organisational effectiveness, ensuring that the people agenda supports growth, performance, stability, and long-term value creation.

With extensive experience in global organisations across Europe and Asia-Pacific, having previously worked for EY, Aztec Group and Lombard International-Utmost Group, Denisa brings expertise in HR strategy, global workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, leadership and succession planning, performance frameworks and organisational transformation.

Denisa takes a long-term approach to building high-performing teams and an inclusive culture, prioritising the development of people and empowering teams with the autonomy to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients while supporting the Group’s strategic priorities.
