Palmer Fund Services (Jersey) Limited is authorised and regulated in Jersey, by the Jersey Financial Services Commission to carry on fund services business and trust company business under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.
Palmer Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A. and Palmer Fund Services (UK) Limited are each in the process of applying to become regulated in their respective jurisdictions.
