Senior Manager, Loan Agency

Paula is a Senior Manager within the Loan Agency business at Palmer. Prior to joining Palmer, Paula worked as an Associate in Structured Finance at Société Générale and prior to that as a senior analyst at Banco Santander in the agency desk.

In her experience, Paula managed the Loan Agency portfolio in Europe, as well as the key transactions in trade finance globally. The portfolio included a variety of sectors, including inventory finance (managed inventory financing for solar panel distribution, optimizing working capital and supplier credit structures), syndicated guarantee and LC lines, Export and Credit Agency syndicated loans, Leveraged Buyout, as well as real estate and shipping. Paula has extensive experience in corporate lending and banking services, having developed her career in top tier firms including Banco Santander, Société Générale and Fisher Investments UK.
