Group Finance Director

Sam is the Group Finance Director for Palmer, based in our Jersey office.

Before joining Palmer, Sam served as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Praxis Group, a global trust company. Prior to this, he worked at Sanne Group plc, where he qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Sam has extensive experience across internal finance functions, including budgeting and forecasting, management and financial reporting, and finance business partnering.

Sam is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
