Head of UK Agency & Trustee Services

Caroline is the Head of UK Agency & Trustee Services at Palmer, where she leads the team delivering agency and trustee mandates in the UK and supports the growth of the business across Europe.

Before joining Palmer, Caroline led the global growth of Kroll's agency and trustee practice and was responsible for many of the firm's most complex transactions across private credit, leveraged finance, restructuring and debt capital markets. She joined Lucid in 2019 and remained through its acquisition by Kroll.

Caroline holds the STEP Certificate in International Trust Management.
