Senior Analyst, Loan Agency

Mercedes is a Senior Analyst in Palmer’s Loan Agency team, based in Madrid. She is a lawyer specialising in fiduciary and agency services across structured finance and capital markets transactions.

Before joining Palmer, Mercedes served as a Legal and Transaction Manager at Bondholders, a fiduciary services firm, where she supported the management and administration of loan and bond transactions.

Prior to that, she worked at Round Robin Inversiones Socimi, focusing on legal due diligence and the remediation of mortgage loan portfolios and distressed real estate assets.
