Head of Loan Agency

Pilar is the Head of Loan Agency, where she leads the team to deliver loan, bond and private debt related services globally.

Before joining Palmer, Pilar was Global Head of Loan Agency at Apex group. Prior to that, Pilar was a Loan Agency Director at Sanne Group plc, a FTSE 250 business that specialised in fund administration and corporate services, leading the Spanish and UK teams and the Centre of Excellence supporting loan agency activity worldwide.  Pilar previously worked for AgenSynd a company specialising in Loan Agency and Private Debt related services with offices in Madrid, London and Paris.

Pilar began her professional career working for large financial institutions such as ING, BBVA, Santander, IBRC and Barclays. 

Pilar holds an LMA and LSBF certification as an expert in Corporate Finance and Loans Management.
